Cleveland Housing Court Forms

If you need to file some important forms, follow the instructions below. First, print out the form and fill it in by hand, making sure to fill in all the fields that apply. If you're from out of town, you can mail the form to the court using one of the addresses provided. But if you live nearby, it's better to go to the court in person to file the form during regular hours (8 am - 4 pm.) Don't forget to check the court's website for the rules about filing forms, and ask the Clerk's Office if you have any questions about the fees or what to include with your form. Finally, keep an eye out for when the court will let you file forms online!

Persons granted remote accesses to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings (including those held by telephone or videoconference). Any recording of a court proceeding held by video or teleconference, including “screen-shots” or other visual copying of a hearing, is absolutely prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court-issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the court. Members of the press and the public are also expected to mute their phones during telephonic hearings and to not disrupt proceedings in any manner.
